Our second year of hosting the Salem Witches 5K Run & Children's Mile took place this past Saturday morning at Salem Hills High School, and as race directors, we couldn't have been more pleased with how things went! Thanks to all of you who raced, and an especially BIG THANKS goes to all the parents, police officers and paramedics, friends and strangers who helped out in so many ways to make it a great race! We couldn't have done it without you!

We had about 180 runners present on this BEAUTIFUL fall morning to run. We enjoyed seeing all your smiling faces as you crossed the finish line--especially all of you in your costumed apparel! We had some great costumes!

The overall winners (and winners of $50 gift certificates to MVP Sports) were Brandon Edmondson in the men's race and Holly Hagerman in the women's race. Great Job to both! If you'd like to look at the race results, click HERE. Sorry for the delay in getting the results posted!

The Salem Witches Run is just around the corner!!! We are thrilled about the response we've seen from all of you who have signed up. We are looking forward to Saturday morning!

In order to ensure we are prepared to bring you a well-organized and exciting race on Saturday, we have closed our online registration site at this time. If you have not yet registered, no worries! Just show up Saturday morning and we'll get you all signed up there!

2nd Annual Salem Witches Run

Believe it or not it is time to start gearing up for year #2! The past year has absolutely flown by, and we can't believe it's already Autumn!!! We wanted to invite you to be part of what we hope becomes an annual Halloween tradition in the community, and for each of you personally! Registration is now open by Clicking HERE. Here are the details for this year's race:

Date: Saturday, October 30th, 2010
Time: 8:00 am--5K, 8:45 (or so)--Children's Mile
Location: Salem Hills High School (150 N. Skyhawk Blvd)
Cost: 5K--$15.00 (prior to October 23rd)
Children's Mile--$10.00 (prior to October 23rd)
